TELUS – Transportation Economic Land Use Systems

AMPO is partnering with USDOT and the New Jersey Institute of Technology to assist with deployment of the Transportation Economic Land Use System (TELUS). TELUS is a free integrated, computerized information-management and decision-support system, designed specifically for MPOs and state DOTs. TELUS provides a user-friendly, comprehensive, and efficient tools for managing TIPs, while meeting the planning and programming requirements of SAFETEA-LU. Another product of the TELUS program is TELUM, a model for evaluating the land use impacts of regional transportation improvement projects. Click here for a brochure about TELUS.
