Areas of Responsibility:
Ms. Hardy coordinates programs and partnerships with AMPO’s association partners on varying transportation subjects. Additionally, she assists in policy development and works to promote AMPO with Congressional staff and the Administration. As Executive Director, Ms. Hardy handles AMPO’s Administration and Finance.

Bennett Lipscomb

Bennett is currently assisting with a variety of policy issues and updating "best practices" data.

Kristen Degan

Kristen assists in bookkeeping and financial tasks.  Please note that she is only in the office part-time.

Areas of Responsibility:
Mr. Denbow works on the technical issues MPOs are involved with in the planning process. He directs AMPOs federal grant awards and manages the activities of AMPOs Air Quality, Travel Modeling, and Operations Work Groups and MPO research efforts. He also leads AMPO responses to federal rulemakings that impact transportation planning and funding.
