  • Transportation Economic Land Use System (TELUS) is a free software tool designed for MPOs and state DOTs to help meet SAFETEA-LU planning requirements. The TELUS program supports two applications: TELUS - an information management and decision support program for transportation planning, and TELUM – an integrated interactive software package for evaluating the land use impacts of regional transportation projects.
