Lane Council of Governments (LCOG) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the central Lane County, Oregon area that includes the Cities of Eugene, Springfield and Coburg. Central Lane MPO is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms, or team of consultants, to assist in the planning and development of:

  1.  2045 Regional Transportation Plan,
  2.  Intelligent Transportation System Architecture, Operations and Implementation Plan, and
  3.  a Congestion Management Process.
